The homeless man Miley Cyrus introduced to the world at this year’s VMA’s this past Sunday is currently a wanted man. An arrest warrant has been issued for Helt because he stopped showing up for probation meetings, says a corrections official.
Jesse Helt was convicted of criminal trespassing in Nov. 2011.
Helt took the stage at MTV’s Video Music Awards last Sunday to accept Miley Cyrus’ award for best video. He then gave a speech on homeless and runaway youth; a new philanthropic venture for Cyrus.
