‘Hear this, gun nuts": Michael Moore, Bette Midler just getting started

http://twitter.com/#!/MMFlint/status/324654247587229696

Michael Moore is speaking as “we” again. Now that the “99 percent” who made up the Occupy movement have become the 90 percent demanding universal background checks, Moore is rallying his army to resurrect the gun control push that failed in the Senate today. Moore did make an effort of sorts; he appeared on “Piers Morgan Tonight” to incite a Twitter campaign to demand Sen. Harry Reid call a vote on an assault weapon ban, and he convinced Netflix to stream his “documentary” “Bowling for Columbine” for free.

Time for Plan B? The 90 percent demand action! Will they march in the streets like he predicted to Piers Morgan?

.@mmflint 90%? Hey look, I can make up numbers too! 14! 35678! 2!

— Leah Blair (@leahblizz) April 18, 2013

@mmflint since we are making up statistics, 8261825% of Americans disagree with you. My statistic is more accurate.

— Mugsy(@Mugsy4Fly) April 18, 2013

@mmflint That 90% number is so ridiculously overinflated. And yes, you are.

— Ralph Brooks (@ralphlikeamofo) April 18, 2013

@mmflint he pulls all his numbers out of his bootay! Lol

— Robyn #TGDN #tcot (@funktafied) April 17, 2013

@gdthomp01 He mistakenly posted his body fat % instead of the actual #, which is significantly lower.. @mmflint

@mmflint @abfalecbaldwin If YOU are the majority then why can’t YOUR elected representatives pass YOUR legislation?

— Jeremy Himli (@jeremy_himli) April 17, 2013

Yea that’s why the Dem Senate couldn’t pass it. @mmflint Hear this, gun nuts: WE are the majority. 90% of the country disagrees with you.

— Jason Moore (@CaptainWatchdog) April 18, 2013

@mmflint You know the 90% deal was a lie and not a real # right? It’s not 90%. You are not the majority. Don’t believe your own propaganda.

— Usually Confused (@VAFramer) April 18, 2013

.@mmflint That 90% BS “stat” you spout is from a study surveying 1,000 people across 3 states…try again. #falseinfo #BSstats

— Tim Morris (@TheAntiStatist) April 18, 2013

@mmflint Where does this 90% statistic come from? We aren’t gun nuts. Enthusiasts maybe, owners even, But nuts we are not.

— Scott (@ScottieD92) April 18, 2013

@mmflint 90% where do you guys come up with the numbers? Im guessing same place 10 bullet rounds limit. From your a$$ @piersmorgan

— Rheo (@Rheo_pipo) April 18, 2013

@mmflint lies, damn lies, and statistics. According to Gallup, only 4% of Americans think gun control is an important problem.

— Jon Winters (@Obscura) April 18, 2013

@mmflint @piersmorgan Apparently you missed the Gallup poll for only 4% think Gun Control is important gallup.com/poll/161813/fe…

— Jodi Kyman(@jodikyman) April 18, 2013

@mmflint this 90% number is as much propaganda as any other B.S. Americans are fed. stop.

— Scott W. Rowan (@azrowan) April 18, 2013
