CNN’s Anderson Cooper reached out to followers today for tips on using Instagram, but it doesn’t look like he’s having any problem framing his shots for maximum interest and/or creepiness.

So, we’re not the only ones who noticed that, um, floating severed head wearing the gas mask?

We do have one tip: limit your descriptions to 140 characters so they display properly on Twitter. Cooper explains on Instragram that the head inside the gas mask is indeed his; that is, “a copy of my head made by Madame Tussauds.”
We can take or leave “Anderson Cooper 360,” but this Instagram account might be one to watch.
