Nathan Shields is the coolest artist ever. Using pancakes as his medium (seriously), he creates detailed images with batter, a skillet and nothing else. You have to see it to believe it.
Shields is apparently teaching his children about apes and figured the best way to do so would be to make pancake versions of different types of primates for his kids to eat.
In the video above, watch him craft six unbelievably detailed ape-face pancakes in no time flat. His skill is truly incredible.
Describing the video, Shields cheekily notes that his ape creations “go well with bananas.”
Sounds like a sweet way to learn.
